Great Weekend!!!

Friday, I went out with my friends towards Marina Square for dinner. We ate dim sum. They had the dim sum on a conveyer belt. Hahaha... It's like eating Japanese food but it's dim sum instead of Sushi. =D The food kinda OK. As usual, the guys weren't full. After that we headed to Changing Appetite for dessert. Were planning to go to Swensens but the place was crowded and no seat to be found. Me had a big glass of Banana Split... Yummy... It's called Bonanza Split. Slurrppp.... See my big glass of ice cream...

Man, this is big... =P

Satuday was another full day for me. Went to All Saints in the afternoon. Today we had a Singing Session. Yeah... Singing for the old folks... Sang few songs for them. =D Some of the Mandarin songs cannot be sung by me since I cannot read Chinese. If they have the Pinyin, then I can sing a long. Hohoho... So most of the time I was humming along. =P Hahaha... I really had a great time during the session. It was really fun. I just knew that singing can be tiring also. Haha... If you like singing, there's no need to go to Karaoke. Just come to All Saints Home and sing with us. It's fun, and free of course. =P

After finish our session, I continued to East Coast Park, BBQ pit 18. Yup2, had another BBQ. Hohoho... We were celebrating the February and March Babies. Happy Birthday babies... Although they're all not babies anymore. =P Huhuhu... Had cards game, joking around to each other. Hahaha... Was really fun... That's what happened when crazy people hanging around together. Hahaha.... Will post some photos when I received them. =D

Ok lah, it's the end of the weekend already. Just finished playing tennis. Today Cashew came out with full team. Hahaha... Had a good game tonight. Great laugh, singing while playing. Hahaha... My flatmate's girlfriend who stayed at a few blocks away said that she could hear my laughter. Hahaha... Was my laughter so loud??? =S I don't know. But but laughter is good mah... =D

A Little Indome Outing...

Indome was planning for another outing. Our boss, Hekwe, was craving for seafood. So, as a good subordinate =P, I started with emailing people about the outing on Friday, but the response wasn’t good. And in the end, we decided to cancelled the outing and go for next week instead. I guess for this time, I am going to need to call them one by one.

About 6pm, Widiya called me with her withheld number. Hahaha… =P She said that her Church meeting was cancelled. And since I have no program yet, we asked three of the people who responded to my first email, Hekwe, Edi and Valuina. Hekwe and Edi joined us. Valuina couldn’t since she already promised to go home for dinner.

We went to Bugis Junction for Fish & Co. Little did we know that it was under renovation. =( Then, we dunno where to go. We ended at Billy Bombers for dinner. I had set meal with seafood combo. Hohoho… Very full. I think the burger in Billy Bombers is better.

Finished eating, we walked around Bugis Junction for a little window shopping. =D Didn’t buy anything in the end. Then, we headed to Pool Junction for pool. When we reached there, the tables were full and there were five people in the waiting list. We decided to continue walking.

We ended at Paradiz Center for pool. I partner with Edi and Hekwe with Widiya. Guess what? Me and Edi lost 6-1 game to them. Haiya… So malu… Hekwe and Widiya turned out to be a very good player. And Edi keep on putting in the cue ball. It’s not that I am blaming him. I, myself, am a lousy player. Hahaha… Always keep on missing the hole. Hahaha… Nevertheless, it was a very fun game with a lot of laughter. It was a fun night. Next week, we were planning to go out again. This time with more people. Hopefully the whole bunch of Indome people can come. =D

Busy Saturday...

Saturday was a busy day for me. Went out for the whole day. Started my day with an afternoon with old folks in All Saints Home. I came early that day. Reached there about 1230. Then, befriending with the old folks. Chit chat, asking how they were doing. At 230pm, there were other volunteer group who organized some program for the old folks. They were dancing and singing. I couldn’t stay long because I need to go by 3pm.

I left All Saints home to my colleague’s wedding. Congratulation Tuck Whye and Kah Yan!!! The wedding was held in Calvary Pandan Bible- Presbyterian Church. I was late for about 15 minutes. I missed the entrance of the bride. =( But better late then never, right? After the wedding, we had reception in the Church. We had dinner there. =D

From there, I and Kian Chye headed to Jurong Point. I reached there about 630pm. Walked around and had a drink in McCafe. Until about 730pm, Kian Chye headed home and I waited there. I was waiting for 850pm show. I watched Munich with another five guys. =D The movie is OK only for me. Not so nice, yet not so bad.

That’s my busy Saturday. I guess this weekend is the last weekend I will be relaxing. Starting next week I need to study already. I have three subjects this semester. Haven’t started to study, still have three assignments to be handed in. Oh well, wish me luck guys… I’ll see you after April.
